Apartment Review for Winbro Apartments - Denver, CO

How many bad reviews does it take before you stop reading and look for someplace else? This place is HORRIBLE - the worst place I have ever lived, and I've lived in the projects in Chicago. There is an emergency door at the back that makes the LOUDEST SOUND YOU HAVE EVER HEARD. Luckily, it's just an emergency door, right? WRONG - every resident who lives in the back of the building uses it constantly, including in the middle of the night, and have no problems with the noise. Unfortunately, every normal citizen living in the building is rudely awakened every time the alarm sounds. I left my lease early and was promptly sued by the management company. No normal person could stand to live in this place! AVOID!
