Apartment Review for Winbro Apartments - Denver, CO

The rent is very reasonable. The staff and maitenance are good. However, there are some negatives if you choose to rent here. I have survived 2 bed bug infestations. I believe this is a common occurence as folks move in and out constantly. Be warned that there is no on site management, and all kinds of shenanigans ensue. These activities include, but are not limited to, domestic disputes, drunk residents, and loud music.. day as well as night. I have lost track of how many times I have had to call the police to ticket and/ or silence loud music or domestic disputes. There is a church next door that feeds the homeless and indigent on Mondays. These folks filter in over to the Winbro property and sit on the sidewalk. Often, these individuals get into the building and hang out in the laundry room in the basement. Not pleasant. And again.. no on site management to police this or any other activities.
