Apartment Review for William Tell Apartments - Denver, CO

The previous 2 reviews are right on target as I agree with both writers 100%. I was rescued via a Fire Dept rescue from my balcony in the Dec 3, 2008 fire that the Fire Dept. determined was Arson. I was terrified out of my mind. The evil and incompetent Monroe Group, Apt Mgr and the "so-called" asst mgr. in Apt 102 are the most unprofessional humans I have ever seen. The VP of the Monroe Group considers the crime of Arson to be an "unfortunate incident" refusing to refund the Dec. 2008 rent to 6th floor residents that were displaced foor the month of Dec 2008. All of us had already paid our rent with the exception of the apt where the fire started. The Monroe Group, The Denver Housing and Urban Development(HUD) treat the residents at William Tell with abuse especially the elderly and meek. I will add more to this review at a later date. If you want drugs and abuse go to William Tell Apts to live.
