William Tell Offerings
Review Date: 3/14/2009 Reviewer: Anonymous
A management company (Monroe Group) that is incompetent and negligent in keeping the building clean, safe and secure for tenants. An owner who allows his nearly 50 year old building to increasingly fall further into disrepair and deterioration because basic repairs needed are "not in the budget." A manager who refuses to enforce the Lease and House Rules. If tenants allow their homeless friends to move into their apartment, the manager will obligingly "look the other way." She also seems to delight in intimidating residents who are elderly/meek whom she feels will submit to any of her totally outrageous demands. William Tell is a virtual smorgasbord of drugs. If you can't get it here, you can't get it. Use and distribution of drugs is rampant. (Management refuses to deal with this or to even acknowledge there is a drug problem.) An infestation of bedbugs that has been ongoing for over 2 years and is not being adequately addressed. These are just a few of the "amenities." If this sounds like your kind of environment, move on in. Understandably, there's not a long waiting list, especially since the arson fire in December, the result of a drug deal gone bad. |
