Apartment Review for Whitmore Properties - Denver, CO

Hugh Whitmore, landlord of 1 South Emerson Street, is AWESOME. He is accessible, efficient and friendly. I lived at 1 South Emerson for two years and would go back in a heartbeat. Besides being a great location near Wash park, the building is maintained very well and is being continuously improved by its helpful and omnipresent landlord. I had NO major problems and any minor problems (leaky faucets, noise etc) Hugh was on top of them in flash: at most a day after I would mention said problems to him. He even went so far as to help me fix my broken lamp AND the side view mirror on my car after someone side swiped it. For these things he bought me superglue, epoxy and lent me various tools necessary for the repairs. Hugh was always available to help, listen and provide support in any capacity. When he was not around (which was rarely) he would leave notes about upcoming improvements, projects or building issues. I would recommend living in any of the Whitmore properties if, for no other reason, than this man's continued and never faltering support and help. Check him out if you've mind to.
