Apartment Review for Whitmore Properties - Denver, CO

Communications with landlord are difficult, does not return phone calls. No move out instructions were given. Had to track down landlord - actually caught him in old apartment to do walk through an turn in keys. Was complimented and congratulated on what a great job of cleaning I had done and the he kept nearly 30% of my deposit for carpet cleaning. He now says he expects every tenant to clean the carpets when they move out - that is stated NO where in the lease. Renters beware!!!!
