Maintenance is slow to respond or ignores you. The air conditioning units (compressers) are on the roof. I live on the second floor and they are located right above my kitchen and where the headboard for my bed is located. When they first came on, I thought my neighbor downstairs was having his garbage disposal rotor-rootered. They have "fixed" a couple, and perhaps put a pad or two under a couple, but there are many units in this building, and they continue to be intolerable when they come on. After repeated requests to repair or replace. Sometimes I can't even sleep. Also, the management will misrepresent things to their benefit (lie to you) before you move in. If you're thinking of moving here, do your homework and ask many questions! They do not like upkeep other than keeping the lawns mowed! Carpet, what's that? A deck cover without burn spots and wrinkles. Too picky. A bedroom closet door that works? Forget about it! A repaired living room ceiling? No way! They are best at ignoring. I had to wait about 4 days to get my air conditioner fixed--I moved in October of last year so didn't know it wasn't. They are very good at misrepresentations and keeping things from you so you will decide to move in. They have broken their own lease with me I don't know how many times!
