Apartment Review for Waters Edge - Denver, CO

I moved from out of state for work and had very little time to find a place. I made the mistake of moving in sight unseen. I was promised w/d hook ups and a fireplace. The unit I got had neither nor were there any with those features available. I got stuck on the ground floor in an apartment with cigarette burns on the floor, paint sprayed on windows and carpet. The walls are paper thin so sleep is not an option if your neighbor has children or dogs. I moved in with the intent of saving some money while I tried to get my home sold in Nebraska. After seeing other places in the same price range, I am left wondering how they keep this place occupied. As of today I have 179 days left on my lease... it really is that bad.
