Apartment Review for Warren Club - Denver, CO

1-Located near notorious Denver neighborhood and many bars, but not particularly bad itself. 2-Basic parking lot, not extremely well maintained. 3-Brown buildings, not much else to say. 4-Had almost no contact during entire stay. Manager did not remind of need of 60-day notice for moving until after gave 1 month notice. 5-Maintenance prompt though not entirely knowledgeable. 6-Unit had constant roach problems. Also had mice in winter. 7-Neighbors very loud. Management made no action. My apartment was located next to the laundry room and the posted hours were no respected. When asked management to enforce hours, was completely blown off saying they can't enforce them. 8-I was so dissatisfied with these apartments I moved out before the end of my last month and didn't bother cleaning or getting my deposit back.
