Apartment Review for Ventana Apartment Homes - Denver, CO

I was told I was moving into a newly remodeled apartment. When I moved in, the piping was exposed behind my toilet, none of the outlets work, the doors and windows are so energy inefficient that its impossible to keep the place heated. My oven glass was broken, the fan in the dining room wouldn't turn off, the shelves in the refrigerator were broken and had been duct taped back together. The heater rattles the walls so badly that I cannot sleep. When maintenance finally showed up to fix only SOME of these things they left all my lights on, my heat all the way up, and made a mess of my bathroom and bedroom. Christmas packages were stolen from in front of my apartment door. My car was hit and got broken into right in front of my apartment and my stereo was stolen. The hallway has mice and a sticky brown substance dripping down the walls. The walls of my apartment are paper thin, so I can hear everything upstairs and next door. Just recently I was sexually harrassed by the maintenance guy who came over to fix my heater. This place is the biggest dump in Denver, with the worst management in Denver!
