Apartment Review for Ventana Apartment Homes - Denver, CO

I have lived here for 5 months and can't wait to leave. The unit isn't that bad, but they cut corners every single way they can. My kitchen countertops were repainted with the same paint they used on the walls, so everything stains it and when you try to wipe up spills, the paint rubs off!! And don't even think about taking a warm shower; it's either going to turn you into an icicle or give you third degree burns. They didn't fix my air conditioning until the middle of July and there are STILL people without air. But, they won't lower rent to compensate and they won't even give window units to some of the tenants. They boast that the pools are so nice, but don't believe it. and the weight room? It's a joke. And don't ever leave your laundry unattended. Also, I have never ever seen any type of security whatsoever. I really don't think they have it. So, in summation, don't do it. Stay far, far away from Ventana!!
