Apartment Review for Torrey Pines - Denver, CO

Living at torrey pines was not bad. It was when i moved out that they charged me an extra 475 dollars for new carpet in both rooms even though only one was a little damaged. Also 35 dollars for trash removal for 1 piece of paper and a candy wrapper. Additionally of the 300 dollar pet deposit 150 was not refundable and it also did not go towards any damage so you basically just lose it. Also they are repainting the apartments and none of them look the same, they are all different colors. Even the same building is painted two different colors. Not even nice colors, puke green and poo brown are not nice to come home to. Additionally my car was stolen out of the parking lot and they did not even seem to care. Their security is a joke. The work out room always smells and is terrible. Do not rent from these people.
