Apartment Review for Torrey Pines - Denver, CO

While I was living there, I was content with the place. The neighbors are not friendly at all, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. What made me mad about the place was they charged me LIKE CRAZY after I moved out. I owe them $460 in cleaning and repair charges. Some charges I agreed with, but most were completely unreasonable. They are charging me $240 to refinish the counter in the kitchen because of 2 tiny scratches that are barely even visable in the pictures they sent me. They are charging me for a key I never recieved, and TONS of other "cleaning" items that were cleaned. I feel totally cheated, and that is no way to treat your customers. I will NEVER rent from Carmel again and I hope that anyone who reads this won't, either.
