Apartment Review for The Lodge At Aspen Grove - Denver, CO

This place is one of the worse places I have ever moved in. There is something wrong here a least once a week.The management doesn't have extra keys to your apartment. So if there is an emergency, or you lock yourself out the apartment,or the maintenance crew has to repair something you are SOL. Today I walked in, for the 3rd time since I moved here, my apartment and it reeked of chemical smell. It was glue from an apartment they were doing repairs in two floors below me. It was so bad I couldn't stay and had to sleep at a friends. The last two times the weather got below 0 the heater went out. The neighbors are loud, obnoxious gangbangers who play loud music all hours of the day and night. And the kicker is the place is ROACH INFESTED. DO NOT under any circumstance move here! Live in a Motel 6 if you have to, but do yourself a favor and do not live here. Tell all your friends too. The Lodge at Aspen Grove is a shit hole!
