Apartment Review for The Breakers - Denver, CO

this place looks pretty, but staff is so rude! they also dont take care of the streets. every time it would rain i would drive through water up to the top of my tire. it is also not dog friendly. the dog park they advertise is dirty, full of dog poo, and the size of half a tennis court. there is not even room for my dog to run and chase a ball. The dogs are only allowed on half the community grounds, and they are not allowed to be walked on the sidewalk around the lake.... If you have pets....;do not move into the breakers...they will also rob you on a pet security deposit in addition to pet rent each month...you still will owe them money at move out, even after all the extra security deposits....Maybe this place could have 3 stars if the staff was somewhat friendly but they are all rude.. everytime i would have to go to the office at winter beach i would cringe..they would treat me like i was taking up their time and a complete inconvenience, instead of a paying customer. they even lost my rent check once and still gave me attitude when i rushed back to the office to write them another check! I feel so terrible i have wasted so much money on this place..it is so expensive...dont fall for the act when you get your initial tour of the grounds......It looks pretty, but a complete joke.....also beware of the lady with the long dark ponytail at the front gate....she may be the devil
