Apartment Review for Summitt Ridge Apartments - Denver, CO

The worst of this place is the office staff. When my upstairs neighbor's dog peed over the edge of his balcony and it dripped onto mine - I reported it every week. They did NOTHING, and he finally moved out 3 1/2 months later. Same guy had his friends climb balcony to balcony to get into the building instead of buzzing the door - the office knew and did NOTHING. 70's era appliances on their last legs, no real security patrol to deal with overnight parties and poor maintenance of the building - including broken locks. Not really a secure building because the doors don't lock. The noise is constant and the floors all squeak and squeal - very bad place for pets because they are constantly upset by the noise. I am leaving the day I give notice - I would rather pay rent for two places for a month. If my lease break fee wasn't almost $2000 I would move sooner.
