Apartment Review for Summit Place - Denver, CO

I lived there for almost 3 years and the place was infested with bedbugs, cockroaches, and illegal immigrants. The place was filthy outside and not properly maintained. My place was broken into and if the front doors had keyed entries, it wouldn't have happened. The pool was always filthy. The hot water heating was ridiculous. The apartment manager was retarded when it came to requesting ANYTHING. On top of all this, they've raised the price of rent every year and never do anything to make it a nicer place.Someone needs to call the health department, immigration and a pest control company on this place.
