Apartment Review for Sudbury Apartments - Denver, CO

I've lived at 1225 Colo Blvd for about 2 years and am happy. Its an old building and sometimes there's an occasional water break or something minor but the manager always seems to be on top of it. He's friendly and available and on more than 1 occassion has gone out of his way to help me. The rent is very reasonable and in the 2 years I've been there, it gone from a loud chaotic and cluttered place that didn't have the best people living in to a place that is clean, quiet and safe...all under the direction of our manager. I recommend this apartment community
