Apartment Review for Sherman Street Apartments - Denver, CO

I've lived here about 2 years as my time here in Denver is temporary and it was easier to just stay than to have to move into another building with even worse conditions. We've had 2 bed bug outbreaks in that time. I've found 2 cockroaches in my apartment on separate occasions. The bathroom in the apartment above me leaked into mine for a couple months and maintenance's reply was simply "It was a messy shower" and continued for another month, and suddenly disappeared. The free WiFi doesn't work. There is no computer lab/TV room like much of their advertising materials say. They've also switched building managers on average of 3 times a year. There is no way I'd recomend this building, or 1240 or 1260 sherman to anyone. I'm sure there are worse but other than raising my rent, they don't seem to care about anything else.
