Apartment Review for Roanoke Apartments - Denver, CO

It only took about a month to realize that what I had gotten into would just have to be a learning lesson. * The facilities including laundry rarely work & are overpriced! * The mailboxes do not lock & I had several packages/magazines stolen. * There is absolutely no maintenance done on the premises including light bulb changes in the hallways. In the winter you are either burning hot & paying for the overheating or freezing cold. *The yard, (if that’s what you call an inaccessible lawn) was often overgrown & full of dog poop & trash. *The front doors don’t latch posing a safety issue. You can forget about getting any in-apartment issues resolved & in the rare case someone cares to call you back, the job will be rigged & half ass. The electric is janky & is most likely to result in a fire in the near future! * The landlord is a creep too. When I lived there I spoke to several female tenants who were freaked out by his comments & overstep of boundaries. Bottom line, DO NOT RENT HERE. It’s not worth the grief.
