Apartment Review for Regis Place Apartments - Denver, CO

Regis Place and Regis Place II may look nice and safe, but they are not. In less than a year, there have been two shootings, and one resulted in the death of a mother of 3. My roommates car has been broken into in the last month, and the complex still only has minimal security. They supply minimal guest parking and the spots they do supply are not close to many apartments. They do not allow pets, but do have A/C, washer/dryer, and dishwashers. They have 2-4 bedroom apartments.
