Apartment Review for Presidio At Dtc - Denver, CO

The apartments are beautiful, the people are nice. They don't tell you about the fire alarm system that goes off on a regular basis, they don't tell you about the water mains that break and flood a dozen apartments and your first utility bill is reasonable... it's the second bill that goes from $15/mo to $250/mo where they get you. Water is centrally located, as is gas. You pay for your fair share of the water, you also pay for your fair share of the gas, when the complex is being built, and you're one of 20 people in it, you're paying for 1/20th of all the heating, in ALL the halls even the ones that are being vented into the outside because they are still under construction. You could heat a house for what they want for the heating bill here, in fact if they were small houses, you could heat two of them! Why move here when you can move somewhere that has individually metered water and gas? It's new and already I wish I were anywhere but here!
