Apartment Review for Prescott Apartments - Denver, CO

I have lived at Prescott for 3 years now and have been happier here than almost any place I've ever lived. The staff and residents are friendly and considerate. Any maintanence issues are taken care of in a fast and friendly manor. The building is clean and beautifully decorated. The parking lots are monitored and well lit. I feel very safe because there is a residential protection co. that responds to any issue that may occur in the evening and they check to see that the building doors are locked and secure. I love that it is quiet and my apt. is so beautifully appointed. I expect to be happy here until I buy a house.
