Apartment Review for Park Avenue West Residences - Denver, CO

I have lived at Park Avenue West for well over three years. Frankly, in the beginning I only stayed because I couldnt afford to move. But now, I stay because I want to. There has been a lot of improvement in the buildings over the last couple years. Less garbage in the halls, cleaner areas, less breakings. The just redid the security systems which has been awesome. It is nice to know that if anything were to happen.. someone would be watching. The office staff is friendly and always says hi when they see me. When I put in maintenance requests, they get taken care of usually the same day! I would say that all around, its a great place to live!
