Apartment Review for Park Avenue Lofts - Denver, CO

I seriously believe all of these reviews were written by the same guy who is walking around the pool area and the clubroom asking people to write reviews about the community because he is jaded by rule changes. This guy has also sent out two notices asking residents to rebel against the management staff. I cant believe this guy has nothing better to do than to bad mouth this place. IF YOU ARE THAT UNHAPPY THEN MOVE, JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE HAS SAID!!! I think management has set these new rules because there are people that are ruining it for others. I think that losing the clubroom from 10p-12a is not that big of a deal, he is just out for blood and trying to get them to change the rules. And by the way, I live in the pool area and the hours have always been until 10pm, never 11pm on the weekends. Thank god its not, I wouldn't be able to sleep if it was that late and there were people in the pool area. Also, I have never lived in a community that had pool hours later than 10pm anyways. This place is great, I have lived here since June of last year and have never experienced the staff issues this guys is referring to. I have always had issued resolved in my unit in a timely manner. I know the fire alarms were an issue for a few months but it seems to be subsiding. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone, one jaded resident should not stop you from checking this place out
