Apartment Review for Paloma Villa - Denver, CO

We lived at Paloma Villa for 1 year, we were one the first families to live in the apartment. We paid a $500 dollar deposit to move in and fulfilled our lease for 1 year. When we moved out, they initially said we were going to get "most" of our deposit back. Then they lost their paperwork where we declared we are moving. They stated they did not receive a 30 days notice and not only did they keep our deposit, they are charging us for misc. cleanup charges and they say we owe $400. Outrageous. These are scammers of the lowest order that prey on low income people who are trying to get ahead. BEWARE, you have now been warned.!!
