Stay AWAY! The new office staff is atrocious! You can hear when people enter and exit ALL NIGHT LONG along with the ALL NIGHT parties. Residents that require sleep need to plan on paying the extra to run AC in the summer. One Belmar Place is beautiful, the units and property are well maintained thanks to Gary the only shinning star at this complex. But that’s were it all ends. We cannot wait to move.  Need to rent an apartment?
