I've lived at Nuvo for some time now, and I can confirm that some of the earlier negative reviews are accurate. However, maintenance and management have definitely improved, and any issues have been handled in a timely manner. Rent is reasonable for the area, and location is excellent. The apartments are nice, and decks are huge. I have no complaints.  Need to rent an apartment?
