Apartment Review for The Marquis At Dtc - Denver, CO

I have no idea what this other whack job wrote as a review because the office staff is more than friendly...they even stood outside in the ice cold morning to hand out doughnuts. All maintence issues were addressed within 1 business day and they always follow up with a call to ask how everything was. The halls were recently painted and new sprinkler heads were just installed today. The only complaint I ever have is the field behind the complex is being used for housing/more apts from another company, and also the 3rd floor apts have only 1 lock for the door. Everything else is amazing and WELL worth the money as compared to archstone or cierra crest
