Apartment Review for Lascala Apartments - Denver, CO

This building has alot to offer. Washer and Dryers on-site for 75 cents each load. Exercise room, sauna, and the pool is open year-round. This is not a party building, and the manager is kind of a hard ass when tenants make a little noise. However, tenants may throw a party in the game room, for a small deposit that is returned when the space is cleaned up. For all that is included the rent is relatively cheap for the neighborhood. The manager is fair and treats everyone with respect. I would reccommend this place to a friend.
