Apartment Review for Imperial House - Denver, CO

This is one of the worst apartment buildings I have ever been at. The hot water has not worked more than it ever has. For months, the hot water, when it did work, was brown and disgusting. If anything breaks in an apartment, good luck getting it fixed. At first, I thought maybe it was just our apartment but a neighbor told me that he would rather live in a cardboard box than at this place - at least then he'd have the heat from the street to warm him up. Whatever you do, do not move here!
