Chronic poor management, a leak in the basement lasted 4 months and caused mold up to the 5th floor. Air conditioning has worked for about 2 weeks this summer, No information from management on when it will be fixed. Chronic theft from personal storage areas in basement. Chronic vandalism & tagging. Common areas are cleaned once a month, and poorly at that. Frequent fire alarms, the trucks come roaring up to the building at least once a month. No manager on site. Property management company named Furer hires temps to sit in the office and show apartments. Don't move here.
