Apartment Review for Grosvenor Arms - Denver, CO

I was very excited to move into Grosvenor, as the staff was friendly and the rent a was a good deal at $700 for a 1 bedroom. However, the building is basically falling apart. Water and electricity were constantly shut off and the staff stopped caring once the contract was signed. The building is constantly under construction and therefore very loud. Parking is non existent. It may look good, but once you live there you will regret it.
