Apartment Review for Glenn Arms - Denver, CO

Upon being showed apt, i was promised many repairs. They said it had been painted week before and i had to say- if it has new paint- why are there food splatters? The mang, quickly covered tracks...I was told I would be given paint to use..never happened- not one single repair was done. They really lie! I was told heat was included- only to find a heat charge tacked on to my rent..I called to complain- and was told I pay a share of the buildins expense..so I am paying for the jerk who leaves his front door open in the middle of winter! I was told its quiet- wrong again...even being one blaock from police - doesn't stop the constant sirens and take downs inthe parking lot..some days I have been afraid to leave my apt- becuase of the crime! My neighbor who moved in one month before me- has 100.00 cheaper rent- his was raised 25 bucks upon lease renewal, mine- the identaical apt- was raised 75.00- He complained that his patio door didn't close- and their soluction was to nail it shut, isn't it the law to have that open for fire escape! If you love having raw sewage back up into your bath tub- move here ! The water is always meesed up! I am moving as fast as I can!
