Apartment Review for Estates At Mira Vista - Denver, CO

The manager and the assistance manager are very rude. They lie and make you feel like crap!! When i moved in, The apartment used to be a show room, i did see a water stain on my ceiling, then after a month, i saw mold, then a week later my ceiling cracked and made a huge hole. It smelled really bad and kept leaking on my carpet every time it rained.The matience crew had no clue what to do with my ceiling, they brought in people with extreme crimanal records into my house to fix my ceiling. I was very upset and very scared. It took them 3 months to figure out the problem. Later , they said that they added some sort of plug, i asked to look at it, and it was a small piece of wood. I could not believe it. The manger said he wanted us to allow them to seal the ceiling in the living room for us. I thought it was a bad idea, but he said he did not care what i believed, and out of the blue is said" Ok, well, you can leave, or you can shut up about it." I could not believe that mangager talked to be that way!! I told him that is has to move me into a another unite because i was living under a condemed unite. He said that he had no apartments for me, when my contract states that any signs of mold or etc, means i am allowed to move into another unite withour complant. I called in later that day as some one esle and asked for a 2 bedroom, 2 bad apartments.. They told me that they had tons of 2-2 bedroom apartments.Anyways, the manager forced the maintance crew into my house to seal it. So, today, i walked into my living room and felt some water on my shoulder, and what do you know...My celing is leaking again in the same spot. I am very upset and plan to move to another unite if i can. I will never ever sign another leasae with them. they are very rude, they lie, and some of them are very racist to so many people, The mira Vista estates has a huge water problem on the first floor unites and 3rd unites, i lived on the first floor with a leakie ceiling. If you move here, you would have to deal with roof leaks, laundry dryer leaks, the wrong size air conditioner filter, rude managers, and the employees, noises on the second level, and threats from the employees. fighting for parking, not having a mail box,because people keep stealing from them, mantiance people do not have a clue on how to fix anything. Example: WATER!!!! If you can deal with that than good luck!!
