Apartment Review for Covington On Cherry Creek - Denver, CO

When I moved out of the Covington I spent an entire weekend scrubbing the place clean. It was spotless when I left, I even paid to have the carpets shampooed. A month later I recieved a bill for $1200 for the carpet to be replaced. I could not believe it, I thought it was a misunderstanding. One year later I just resolved the issue (after hiring a lawyer and paying a ton of money). I would never want anyone to go through what I went through with this place. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. If you do, never move out unless you dont mind paying for things you didn't do.
