The staff at Cierra Crest is far from friendly or helpful. It is all about the $$$$, repairs take forever, the parking is horrible. My husband lived in the apartments in late 2000 and loved them, since then the managment has changed .......and so has the quality of life. There is constant vandlilsm, in addition they have been  Need to rent an apartment?
