Bed bugs Every where

bed bug a constant problem. Yeah pest control came like once a month but this problem kept coming back. No security in the apts. whatso ever the main door always had a door stop or the door woulnt close completly. You could constantly hear the neighbors throwing parties during the week  Need to rent an apartment?
