The management at Carlisle on the Parc has attitude and is unhelpful. The apartments are the size of crackerjack boxes, dark and dreary. The kitchen is a hallway. Way overpriced for what you get. Plenty of other properties in Capitol Hill that are bigger, nicer and in the same price range. Don’t live here!  Need to rent an apartment?
