Apartment Review for Cambridge At-The-Capitol - Denver, CO

The landlord will go by the script of the lease even if it interferes with common customer service practices. The landlord is also rude and avoids direct confrontation at all costs, resorting to notes under the door, opting to walk away if a conversation is attempted. (I get the impression that his mother raised him to be rude.) In my opinion, I have one of the better appointed apartments in the building, but it is still substandard by corporate housing practices commonly found in Denver, Colorado in this price point - ($900-$1100/mo). Parking is null, unless you are fortunate enough to find a no-tow zone about 6 blocks away. The entrance is clean and presentable. The air quality is extremely poor - I had a serial head cold for 3 months, save the week that I was out of town during my lease. It is not exactly pet friendly. Downtown and points of interest are within walking distance. Couldn't wait to get out of this lease.
