Apartment Review for Cambridge At-The-Capitol - Denver, CO

The primary benefit of the Cambridge is its proximity to the Capitol and downtown, the fact that it offers short-term leases and has "furnished" apartments. Other than that, the place sucks goat dicks. There is no parking in front of the building, which once was a hotel, and the landlord will harass any resident who parks in the four-car long loading zone in front, even though it is the city's goddamn easement. The apartments are dingy and run down and most of the furniture looks second hand. They boast that some of the apartments have "leather furniture" and "screen TVs." Ha. More like dirty pleather and tiny low-quality flat screens, if you're lucky enough to get one instead of an old crappy TV. The maintenance is slow and incompetent, and, to put it mildly, the landlord is an ABSOLUTE ASS. Every tenant, every single one, hates his guts. Avoid this shithole like the plague. If you need short-term accommodations, look elsewhere.
