Apartment Review for Buerger Brothers Lofts - Denver, CO

First off, let me explain that my wife and I are EXTREMELY patient people and have been renting at a LOT of different places. Since we moved in to this building in August 2008, we have been in two different apartments in this building. He first apartment we left from the parties that happen until 4 am in THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK. Management only asked these people to quiet down rather than slapping them with a fee as is stated in the lease terms that everyone signs to live here. Also, we had a mouse infestation, that, since we left 9 months ago, three other tenants have lived there (most likely due to these problems). We then moved across the hall and now have a Colorado Roach infestation. Management still has yet to get an exterminator out to treat this apartment. Also, watch out for the "washer and dryer" in these apartments. They are tiny both in one RV washer/dryers and break all the time. Good luck if you decide to live here.
