Apartment Review for Buchtel Park - Denver, CO

Having lived here for a year, I'm really confused about most of the reviews on this site. Buchtel Park is probably the best place I've lived--I think if it had balconies, it would be perfect. There are beautiful grounds that they maintain well, a really nice staff who all know my name and go out of their way to be helpful, and perfectly nice apartments. They aren't brand new, but it was really clean when we moved in, and they are renovating apartments as they become available. They have parties for the tenants and drawings for prizes or reduced rent. I've never felt unsafe here. There was one incident with a car being stolen, but we're in a city, not a private gated community. Maybe they've done massive improvements since the other reviews were written, but as of 2007, it's a really nice place and I highly recommend it.
