Apartment Review for Broadstone Vesta - Denver, CO

Re-evaluate what luxury means in Colorado. Built in between 2 older questionable apartment communities. Vesta is a nice looking new gated complex. However, paper thin walls. Neighbors allow front doors to slam hard shut, rattling pictures on the wall and or waking you from sleep. Can hear every footstep/weight lifting? from unit above and shouting in the open stairwells. Cigarette butts fall from higher units onto my balcony. Parking is tight and cars park very close together--blocking your driver's door or taking up 2 spots--nice big door dings! Guests must park outside the gate by leasing office overnight. People disregard the one-way in/out gate and speed, and will run you down in the parking lot. Watch out if ever on foot, I've had to run out of the way more than once. Watch out for the baseball game nights in the Kennedy ball fields behind the complex, high traffic and they are in a hurry to get in and out and speed through S. Kenton St. If you want to come home and stay high strung, live here. You may get some sleep between 2-7 am when it quiets down. Basic disregard for other residents within the community. Perhaps it's the 1st time they have lived in an apartment. I would keep looking and pay a little more for true luxury.
