Yes i lived there for 3 months, no hot running water, wild cats roam hallways from apt 5 smells, bikes in hallway from apt 7, fire hazard, just not a place I would want to live. Ants, cockroaches, mice, bugs, motorcycle repair in hallways, trash all from apt 5 all over  Need to rent an apartment?
