Apartment Review
Changing the Name to cover-up a BAD Building
Review Date: 7/4/2009
Reviewer: Anonymous

I'm writing this to let people know the truth about this complex, if you are white don't bother moving into this place. First, thing is they will push you out of the building with-in 6 months just so you can't get your deposit back. Second, after moving out of the building in June of 2009 the manager was changed, from the worst in the city to being managed by a thief. I wouldn't recommand this place to my DOG. Third, the only thing the new owners care about is MONEY, not the safety of the residents, and the proof in that is that the rear security door (that doubles as a fire exit) to the building is still wide open for any one to enter, but this has been like this since July of 2008, making this place very very very unsafe for the residents, and I know because I always found men (bums) sleeping in the stairwellduring the winter months. Forth, the building has 2 sets of rules, one for the MEXICANS, and one for everyone else, what I mean by this is that the MEXICANS are allowed to have as many as 15 people in their apartment to live and sleep (which is against the law in Denver), but everyone else must follow the this law. Fifth, The apartments are very small, their is no counter space in the kitchen, except by the sink, but its only about 15 inches wide on each side, with the sink being about 12 inches wide, and that might be over doing it in my guess on the size. Sixth, don't ask for anything to be done by the maintenance staff because, I lived there, with a small creak in the livingroom window since April of 2008, and that creak never got taken care of, but in April of 2009 during that cold spell the creak grew, and I mean it grew to include the whole window, I couldn't even wash it when I moved out, because I was afraid it would fall out on me, and that was one big window, the size was about 10 feet wide by at lease 6 feet high. Seventh, the MEXICAN residents would let everyone into the building, no matter what, not knowing who they were, was of no consern to them. Eighth, the Drug problem in the building is bad, and the new owners don't know what they got themselves into, one of the reasons that the security door is broken, is so the dealers can get into the building with-out being viedo coming into the building for the police to see. Ninth, parking is ample, but the gates for the complex are always open for some reason, now that might change, but under the old OWNER he was to cheap to fix it right. Tenth, as I said in the title the new owners have changed the name, from Brentwood Tower Apartments to Residential Niche Tower 100, but that doesn't meam that things will get better for this place, because when i moved into this building, it had mostly senior and disable residents in it, but under Belinda Diaz (the manager that just got FIRED) alot of families where allowed to move into the building, and people on Section 8 were being forced to move out (like myself). So with everything that I've said in this review being true, if I was you I would say away from this building, but if you want another reason to stay away, in March of 2006 Channel 2 did a story about this place, and the Management did nothing about it, before people moved into the building (like warned the new resident (victim)about the problem, so by all means don't move in.........
