Apartment Review for Alexan Belmar - Denver, CO

I have lived at The Alexan Belmar since the beginning of the year. I really have nothing totally negative to say. I do believe that the office staff needs an attitude ajustment. The property manager is a bitch, and needs to realize that not everyone is like her, and if you want good business then you cant treat residents like they are beneath you. truth is, Im sure she couldnt afford to live here. The assistant manager is adorable, and had been nothing short of wonderful to me. You can tell she actually likes people, and will help you out in anyway possible. The leasing staff however are not all there, and they need better training. The male leasing agent needs to stop flirting with all the females. Dont try to get trail while your at work. All it does is make you look like an idiot. Ive only had one problem in my apartment, and the maintence staff is AMAZING! I go for coffee is the office every morning and the adorable housekeeper always asks how I am, and always has a dog treat for my puppy. I only have great things to say about the property itself. However, I cant say too much about the people who live here. I have never ment more unfriendly people in my life, and I have had to call the police on one of my neighbors. Apparently, people who drive the brand new cars and pay rent (LIKE EVERYONE ELSE) think that one apartment community owe them something. Im sorry, but Its the truth. I love Alexan Belmar, and I would always say nice things about it. I do believe that they should work out the attitudes in the office. And that people who live here should have better respect.
