This apartment building is falling apart. It is truely the ghetto of apartment buildings. The smoke alarms don't work and won't be replaced. The building truely smells. It is not nice in any way. It needs to be demolished. I am not lying or have anything against the people who own it. I signed up to live there for a temporary time, and it was horrible.  Need to rent an apartment?
