Apartment Review for Regency Apartments The - Denver, CO

My son lived at the Regency Student Housing last year. When he checked out, a staff member told him that he had never seen a room left in such excellent condition. In spite of this, we were charged cleaning fees. When we attempted to discuss it with the manager, we were told that she would send us to collections if the fee was not paid. With this type of management, I don't know how they stay in business. I doubt this negative review will deter them, as I don't see a single positive review, yet they obviously don't respond to their renters.
