Apartment Review for 970 Pennsylvania Ltd - Denver, CO

The maintenance is really TERRIBLE!!!! I only asked that a few things be fixed and my experience each and every time was awful. It takes many months and many, many phone calls to get anything fixed. Nothing was ever taken seriously until it was a major problem. I also discovered that if you keep calling and calling, the owner will eventually just come into your apt. to fix the issue without any notice. I never even dared to ask that any of the ancient appliances be replaced and I had to fix several issues myself. The apartment was gross when I moved in and had a bit of a bug problem. All of this kind of negates the benefits of renting. In talking to other residents, this seems to be a common theme. The funny thing is, that the owner conducts apt. searches each Jan. to identify issues that need to be addressed.
